Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, Managing Partner
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for the CEO, CFO, and Managing Partner, ensuring seamless time management and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team. Handle all communications with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and event logistics for the executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient travel
- Oversee office operations including stock/inventory management, maintaining office supplies, coordinating facilities maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized workspace
- Background in professional services (consulting, venture capital, private equity, etc.) is highly preferred, with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortably managing the needs of multiple senior leaders, with the ability to adapt to different working styles and personalities
- A self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the leadership team and takes initiative in managing tasks without constant supervision
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels and represent the executives effectively
- Comfortable in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and handle a variety of tasks on the fly
- Enjoys working closely with others in a collaborative, trust-based team culture, contributing positively to the overall work environment
