Job Type: Full-time

Shifts Available: Days / Evenings / Weekends / Holidays

Rate: Starting at $36 per hr.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a caring and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to support the wellness of residents in our senior living community. You will coordinate and deliver care, oversee medication administration, monitor health conditions, and guide caregiving staff in ensuring residents receive the best quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and health assessments in accordance with care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor residents’ health and report changes or concerns to the physician and family as appropriate.

• Supervise and support caregivers and CNAs to ensure care standards are met.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies.

• Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of resident-centered plans.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois.

• CPR certification required.

• Prior experience in senior living, long-term care, or assisted living preferred.

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

• Compassionate and professional demeanor.

• Ability to supervise, mentor, and work effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
