Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Registration Representative to support our client’s overnight team. This position is responsible for greeting and registering patients as they arrive, conducting intake interviews, verifying insurance details, and ensuring accurate information is captured for billing and care coordination. This is a high-impact role requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients arriving in the Emergency Department, ensuring a positive and professional first point of contact.
• Complete patient intake interviews—both in person and over the phone—and accurately enter demographic and insurance information.
• Review, update, and correct incomplete registrations to support accurate billing and smooth clinical workflows.
• Coordinate closely with clinical, admission, and billing teams to maintain efficient patient movement and accurate documentation.
• Follow hospital guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and uphold compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior Emergency Department or hospital registration experience required.
• Experience using EPIC or Cerner strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours consistently.
