Stand-Up High-Reach Forklift Specialist

Location: Joliet, IL

Schedule: Full-time, multiple shifts available

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, paid weekly

A day in this role

You start your shift by performing safety checks, then jump onto a stand-up reach truck to pull orders high in the racks. You’ll navigate aisles with precision, ferrying pallets from inbound docks to storage locations, loading outbound trailers, and keeping the flow of goods moving. Between runs, you’ll assist with general warehouse tasks, maintain housekeeping standards, and partner with teammates to ensure every load is secured and every move is safe.

What you’ll handle

• Operate stand-up equipment including Cherry Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Reach Truck
• Transport products from receiving docks to designated warehouse locations
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately
• Assist with general labor: lift, carry, and move materials (20–50 lbs throughout your shift)
• Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe work area

What makes you successful here

• At least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
• Exposure to Turret Forklifts is a plus
• Reliability, strong attention to safety, and detail orientation
