Remote Program Manager for Revenue Management
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Revenue Management Program Manager. In this role, you will oversee the delivery and enabling of strategic revenue management support for hotel partners. Your work will directly impact performance improvement and provide a competitive edge across the hotel portfolio, utilizing your analytical and communication skills to manage operations effectively. Expect to foster collaboration among internal teams and franchisees to achieve program success, enhancing engagement metrics and driving retention.
Accountabilities
- Optimize internal processes related to billing, compliance, and vendor relationships.
- Implement initiatives to improve adoption and retention rates while streamlining existing workflows.
- Act as a communication lead, ensuring clarity between franchisees and stakeholders.
- Manage operations and workflows to ensure efficiency and adherence to program standards.
- Analyze and forecast hotel engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide updates and advocacy efforts to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Management.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles and industry-standard metrics.
- Knowledge of property management systems and distribution platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
