Multi-Craft Technician

May be required to work overtime and weekends ad needed, and come in early or stay lateÂ
depending on production demandsÂ

Training: Training will take place on 1st shift for a minimum of 2 weeks or more. Â

What you will be doing!Â

• Emphasis on safe work practices, adherence to LOTO procedures and use of PPE.Â
• Troubleshooting and repairing of machinery, conveyors, and robotics.Â
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Â
• Must have knowledge of 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits.Â
• Experience with conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware and ladder logic required.Â
• Understanding of motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts etc.) required.Â
• May be required to set up and operate one or all of the following machines: lathe, millingÂ
machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.Â
• Must be able to read schematics and blueprints.Â
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,Â
hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Â
• Perform preventive maintenance to assure maximum equipment functionality.Â
• Adhere to, implement, follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.Â
What we are looking for!Â
• Minimum 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience required. Â
• High school diploma or equivalent required.Â
• Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge.Â
• Working experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (480v), and preventiveÂ
maintenance in a manufacturing.Â
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenanceÂ
and service.Â
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but is not a requirement. Â
