Multi-Craft Technician
depending on production demands Training: Training will take place on 1st shift for a minimum of 2 weeks or more.  What you will be doing! ⢠Emphasis on safe work practices, adherence to LOTO procedures and use of PPE.Â
⢠Troubleshooting and repairing of machinery, conveyors, and robotics.Â
⢠Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Â
⢠Must have knowledge of 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits.Â
⢠Experience with conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware and ladder logic required.Â
⢠Understanding of motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts etc.) required.Â
⢠May be required to set up and operate one or all of the following machines: lathe, millingÂ
machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.Â
⢠Must be able to read schematics and blueprints.Â
⢠Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,Â
hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Â
⢠Perform preventive maintenance to assure maximum equipment functionality.Â
⢠Adhere to, implement, follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.Â
What we are looking for!Â
⢠Minimum 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience required. Â
⢠High school diploma or equivalent required.Â
⢠Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge.Â
⢠Working experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (480v), and preventiveÂ
maintenance in a manufacturing.Â
⢠Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenanceÂ
and service.Â
