- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
- Prepare accurate estimates and manage bidding processes for various contract types.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Negotiate, award, and prepare subcontract agreements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with field superintendents to ensure compliance and project success.
- Manage project costs, changes, and ensure quality control.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting project specifications, drawings, and contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
