Inventory Control Clerk

We are seeking a results-driven Inventory Control Clerk to take full ownership of all inventory operations within a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, overseeing inter-warehouse transfers, and maintaining system integrity using NetSuite ERP . Led inventory control processes across multiple warehouse locations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and damage reduction for fragile lighting products.

Core Responsibilities

• Take charge of all inventory control functions across warehouse operations
• Maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy rate
• Perform manual cycle counts, must be able to lift 40lbs
• Responsible for cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes
• Investigate and resolved discrepancies, shrinkage, and system variances
• Manage high-SKU lighting inventory (multiple finishes, components, and models)
• Control damaged, returned, and obsolete inventory
• Manage inventory transactions within NetSuite ERP
• Process item receipts, adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations
• Monitor real-time stock levels across multiple warehouse locations
• Generate inventory, variance, and transfer reports
• Ensured system data integrity and proper SKU setup
• Coordinated with purchasing, sales, and accounting through NetSuite

Multi-Warehouse Transfers

• Responsible for inter-warehouse inventory transfers
• Verify accuracy before shipment and upon receipt
• Reconcile in-transit inventory
• Reduce transfer discrepancies and stock variances
• Coordinate logistics between multiple distribution centers

Operational & Warehouse Support

• Ensured proper handling of fragile lighting fixtures and glass components
• Optimized warehouse space utilization (60,000 sq. ft.)
• Supported shipping and receiving accuracy
• Maintained FIFO processes where applicable
