Job Title: Assembly Worker | Moline, IL | $17.00/hr

Job Description

We are seeking four dedicated assembly workers to join our team. This role involves cutting, stripping, pulling, and coiling wires, as well as putting connectors and insulators on wires. You will also run wires through machines to fasten clamps on the end of wires.

Responsibilities

• Cut, strip, pull, and coil wires.
• Attach connectors and insulators to wires.
• Operate machines to fasten clamps on wire ends.
• Utilize hand tools effectively.
• Work on an assembly line to complete tasks.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Perform soldering and crimping tasks.
• Assemble wire harnesses.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Experience with assembly and electrical assembly tasks.
• Familiarity with wiring and soldering processes.
• Capability to read and follow schematic and blueprint instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer and tablet skills.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, non-climate controlled assembly area. The dress code is casual, with jeans or shorts without holes and a t-shirt. Harrington t-shirts will be provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moline, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
