Thyroid storm/myxedema coma with hemodynamic instability.Drug Ingestion and Overdose: Drug ingestion with hemodynamic instability, coma, inadequate airway protection, or uncontrolled seizures. Drug withdrawal requiring critical care intervention.Severe Sepsis: Two or more systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) symptoms including temperature greater than 100.4 or less than 96.8, heart rate greater than 90, respirations greater than 20, WBC less than 4000 or greater than 12,000, WBC greater than 10% bands, and confirmed or suspected infection and signs of organ damage. Lactate greater than 2.Shock: Any severe sepsis symptom plus persistent hypotension and lactate greater than 4. Special Equipment : *** SCREEN if missing any required skills ***Staffing for Average Daily Census (2:1 Ratio)Days: 4 RN, 0 PCT, 1 MTNights: 3 RN, 0 PCT, 1 MT #Tier2 Travel Compliance RTO: Max of 7 days of RTO (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO). No new RTO after submission. No RTO allowed the first week of an assignment. License Information: MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state). IL: License in hand required at time of submittal. Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA. Radius/Local Rules: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius. No local travelers allowed, except for Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Medical Assistants.
