Position Summary

Advanced controls expert responsible for PLC programming, system integration, and optimization .

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

• Pay rate of $44.50/hr - $46/hr, plus shift differential 
• Schedule: 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs
• Lead automation upgrades and new system integration
• Optimize line performance through control logic changes
• Reduce downtime through advanced diagnostics tools [SAP Factor...019 -2025) | Power BI]
• Partner with engineering and OEMs on capital projects

Required Experience

• 7–10+ years controls / automation experience
• Proven PLC programming ownership in manufacturing
• Experience deploying automation equipment

Required Certifications / Training

• Advanced PLC programming (Rockwell / Siemens required)
• Industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, etc.)
• Controls system design and architecture
• Motion control, Robotics

Skill Level

• Lead programmer and controls SME
• Owns automation “brain” of the system

The approximate pay for this position is $44.50/hr - $46/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
