Recruiting Administrator

Location: Hybrid/3-4 days in office

Position Type: Part-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the

Recruiter in sourcing, attracting, and moving qualified candidates through the hiring process for various

positions within the organization. This may include positions in areas such as truck driving, logistics, and

administration. You will work closely with the Recruiter and hiring managers to help support staffing needs and

ensure the recruiting process runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inbound recruiting leads through various channels such as email, job boards, social media, and referrals to ensure timely response and proper routing to the Recruiter.
• Assist the Recruiter in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screenings to determine suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruiting process.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation coordination for new hires.
• Maintain and update the organization’s recruitment database and applicant records.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to help support recruiting efforts.
• Collaborate with the Recruiter and hiring managers to support effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minium one year of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, human resources, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and the ability to support matching candidates with appropriate positions is a plus but not required.
