Job Overview
Barback – Tiny Tapp | Chicago Riverwalk
Tiny Tapp is hiring a reliable, hardworking barback to support our bartending and café teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Stock liquor, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies
- Prepare garnishes and maintain garnish stations
Keep the bar, tools, glasses, and equipment clean - Remove trash, recycling, and empty bottles
- Assist with deliveries, inventory, opening, and closing duties
- Support bartenders throughout service
Qualifications:
- Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
