Retail Sales Professional - Full Time

The SALES ASSOCIATE position is a full-time, on-site position. Salary structure is both hourly base plus commission. YOU determine the amount of commission you earn based on the number of machines you sell. We are looking for a highly-driven professional sales person with excellent customer engagement skills and follow-up. We offer great employee discounts, and a benefit program (health insurance, 401-K matching and paid time off).
A successful candidate will have the following skillset:
- Professional sales experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Friendly and personable customer-service experience and follow-up skills
- Sewing knowledge is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication / grammar skills required - will be speaking with customers in-person, over the phone and through email
- Ability to work well in a group as well as independently
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to lift large machine boxes and other equipment daily
- Computer & Microsoft Office proficiency - Outlook, Excel, and Point-of-Sale systems (POS)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
