Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive social assessments to identify students social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student development and address challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create support plans promoting student success.
• Connect students and families with munity resources and services as needed.
• Advocate for students rights and needs within the school environment and in external agencies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in pliance with state and school district policies.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure or certification as required for school social workers in Illinois.
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of issues impacting school-aged children, including mental health, family dynamics, and munity resources.
• Excellent munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment.
