Loyalty & Marketing Analyst \

\ Position Overview \ The Loyalty & Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance customer loyalty programs and marketing strategies. This position involves analyzing customer data, developing insights, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention through effective marketing efforts.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing data to identify patterns and trends, providing

actionable insights to data and marketing teams

• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to

communicate insights to stakeholders

• Build and manage data extensions and audience segments in Salesforce

Marketing Cloud (SFMC) by writing SQL queries

• Develop and optimize data standards, processes, and workflows,

including ad-hoc processes, automated triggers, and marketing data pipelines to improve operational efficiency and campaign execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical

role, ideally within marketing or business analytics

• Strong proficiency in SQL and PySpark
• Strong experience in Amazon Redshift and Databricks
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

identify meaningful patterns and insights from complex data

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical

findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
