Located in Carol Stream, IL We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a great team. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and financial support to management and team members.
- Handle front desk reception duties including greeting walk-in customers and answering phone inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact with customers and manufacturers to address inquiries and provide information.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and financial data entry using QuickBooks.
- Support invoicing, billing, and expense tracking as required.
- Ensure office supplies and materials are organized and maintained.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset.
