Customer Service Representative
LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced travel operations team managing independent tours across the U.S., EU and Canada. This Customer Service Representative role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, customer-facing environment and brings a solutions-first mindset to every interaction. What’s the job?As a Customer Service Representative , you will:
- Handle light administrative work to support daily travel operations
- Answer an average of 30 inbound customer calls per day
- Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Assist customers with existing bookings, including trip modifications
- Cancel, extend or add excursions to current itineraries
- Update booking details such as dietary restrictions and special requests
- Maintain accurate records across booking systems and internal platforms
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who has:
- Customer service, call center or retail experience
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
- Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfort navigating multiple systems at once
- A calm, customer-first approach to problem-solving

- $21/hour pay rate
- Full-time, onsite Dt Chicago schedule: 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. CT
