Supply Planning and Category Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Supply Planning and Category Manager to lead strategic supply planning for a fast-paced, global supply chain. We're looking for someone who can manage high-level supplier relationships, drive operational excellence, and elevate supply chain strategy through data, systems, and people. This role plays a critical part in shaping how product gets to market—and how we stay ahead of the curve while doing it.

Supply Planning and Category Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage key supplier relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and stakeholders

• Develop and execute short- and long-term supply strategies based on forecasts and capacity

• Oversee inventory levels and replenishment plans to ensure product availability

• Own supply planning participation in S&OP and align planning with business goals

• Lead the adoption of planning technology tools and ensure process integration

• Represent the planning function in external and internal business meetings

• Collaborate with business management teams to define KPIs and improve performance

• Managing a team and building out KPIs for their success

Category Manager Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in supply planning or category management

• Proven experience managing the end-to-end supply planning process or a full product category

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, specifically managing vendors

• Experience managing a team, including coaching, development, and performance oversight

• Food industry or category management experience is a plus
