Production Manager

Description of the role: We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing people, processes, and equipment to ensure production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise and lead production teams, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics, implementing improvements where needed.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to optimize production.
• Ensure all safety, health, and environmental regulations are followed and maintained.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for production operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to production, inventory, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum [5] years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP, AS400 systems).
• Working knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).

Salary Range * $100,000 - $120,000 per year Benefits:
