As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events to ensure success from start to finish. **What you'll be doing:** + Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events. + Managing event staff. + Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines. + Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates. + Any other tasks as necessary. **What we're looking for:** _Must-haves:_ + At least three years' experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality. + Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. + Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation. _Nice-to-haves:_ + Previous experience in a management or supervisory role. **About Elior Collegiate Dining:** Elior Collegiate Dining partners with forward-thinking colleges and universities across the U.S., serving more than 32 million meals each year.
