Sr Product Manager
Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product. Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making Monitors product profitability measures, including budget. Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed. Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities. Product Development Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, legal, sales, and marketing to deliver cohesive solutions. Utilize merchant and enterprise insights to generate innovative solutions. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the solution and integration process. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during integration and post launch. Provide ongoing marketing best practices and recommendations to enable merchants to drive usage, increased sales, and conversion. Evaluate macro and micro trends, monitor key metrics, and provide insights and optimizations. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Collaborate across a matrixed organization to deliver best-in-class solutions. Influence and drive collaboration in a matrixed environment. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on solutions engineering. Proven track record of collaboration and influence in a matrixed environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities. Adaptability to changing business objectives and constraints. Keen sense of urgency and the ability to “get things done” across a matrixed organization. Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills. Consumer Credit marketing experience highly preferred. Understanding of the financial services, financial tech, and payments industry/ecosystem a plus.
