As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will be the vital support to our dynamic Sourcing Team, ensuring the seamless setup and documentation of new and existing items, while providing crucial reports that drive efficient sourcing practices and strengthen vendor relationships. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately extract and interpret data from systems such as Tableau, OMS, and NetSuite.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to compile reports like out-of-stock items, MOQ analysis, transfer orders, and more.
• Knowledge of procurement, distribution, transportation, and supply chain processes.
• Effective team player with demonstrated productivity in collaborative environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with sourcing or supply chain management software.
• Familiarity with vendor compliance documentation and specification sheets.
• Advanced skills in data analysis or report automation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in procurement, sourcing support, or a similar role is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work with suppliers to gather samples and documentation.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as needed in a dynamic team setting.
• This role may involve interfacing with multiple departments and suppliers, so strong communication skills are essential.
