Pay Rate: $70-$75 per hour

Schedule: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM (30-minute unpaid break)

Assignment Type: In-person | Elementary Level (PreK-5)

Contract Length: ASAP through End of School Year

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary-level Emotional/Behavioral (EBD) program. This is a highly impactful role where you will lead behavioral support services, coach staff, and help improve student outcomes through evidence-based behavior analysis.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Train and coach staff on behavioral strategies and positive behavior supports

• Observe, collect, and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Provide ongoing consultation within classroom settings

• Maintain documentation in accordance with all professional and ethical standards

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board - BACB)

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field

• Experience providing behavioral services in school settings preferred

• Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• CPR, TB test, and health certificate may be required based on regulations

• Must be at least 18 years of age
