Salary Range: $45,000 $80,000+ per year

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Develop customized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Business, Life)
- Convert qualified leads into new business
- Cross-sell and deepen client relationships
- Conduct professional risk assessments
- Build and manage a growing book of business
- Leverage technology and CRM systems to maximize efficiency
- Execute daily activity standards tied to production goals
- Compete in performance-based contests and bonus programs
