THE ROLE
As a Front Office Hos t, you serve as both a refined ambassador and a trusted guide throughout the guest journey. From the moment of arrival, your presence sets the tone for a seamless and sophisticated experience. With polished professionalism, natural warmth, and deep attention to detail, you will welcome each guest with a sense of calm and confidence, managing arrivals and departures with grace, and providing personalized support at every turn.

In this highly visible, guest-facing role, you’ll engage with individuals from around the world, offering thoughtful recommendations, facilitating seamless coordination between departments, and ensuring that each request is handled with care, urgency, and discretion. You will also have the opportunity to enhance the guest experience through elegant, confident upselling of room upgrades and premium offerings—always aligned with the guest’s needs and the hotel’s understated luxury.

WAGE INFORMATION:

The hourly rate for this position is $26.75 . This reflects the competitive compensation expected at Park Hyatt Chicago . This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.
