Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves operating and handling various machines such as drill presses, shear presses, punch presses, straightening presses, torches, overhead cranes, forklifts, CombiLift, and saws. You will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, monitoring machine operations, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and handle various machines including drill presses, shear presses, punch presses, and straightening presses.
• Utilize torches, overhead cranes, forklifts, CombiLift, and saws efficiently.
• Load and unload machines while ensuring the products make it through the process seamlessly.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Clean quench tanks and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform housekeeping and special clean-up duties as assigned.
• Use hand and power tools effectively.
• Lift and move products using an overhead crane.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand for 8 hours or more.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.51 - $19.51/hr.
