The Building Group has been a leader in residential property management for over 30-years, providing management services to nearly 7,000 residential units throughout Chicagoland. Our company is growing and seeks qualified candidates with experience in delivering exemplary management services.

Administrative Assistant Position:

We are looking for new team members to support our growth. We are seeking full-time candidates to be part of a positive, motivating, and productive team.

The Administrative Assistant position is a hands-on position that deals with the daily routine of a Condominium Association/Building Management. This includes but is not limited to, handling resident requests for maintenance or account information, answering phones, reception, scheduling routine maintenance with vendors, coordinating moves, drafting notices and letters, maintaining meeting minutes and building profile records, and assisting the Property Managers and Administrative staff.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, superior organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position. Expertise with Outlook, Word, websites, and social media platforms is a plus. Previous experience in real estate condominium management/apartment management is preferred but will train.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Organizational and writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with Condominium Associations is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
