Position Overview: We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at [Facility Name]. In this role, you will provide compassionate care and assist in daily activities for our residents, supporting the nursing team in maintaining high standards of care. Key Responsibilities: * Provide compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff. * Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, and ADLs (activities of daily living). * Pass meal trays, feed residents, and monitor food and fluid intake. * Monitor residents, reporting any changes in health or concerns to the nurse. * Transport residents within the facility as needed. * Maintain a clean and healthy environment, ensuring comfort and safety for residents. Requirements: * Successful completion of a CNA program. * Current State Certification as a CNA. * Good standing with the State Registry. * Ability to work as a team player. * Must meet the requirements set by the Department of Health.
