Job Description:
The HR Talent & Culture Manager plays a key role in shaping workplace culture while supporting core HR functions. This position blends recruiting, DEI initiatives, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It’s an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist ready to step into a broader, more visible role.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the intent to convert based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and partner with internal committees to support organizational goals
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a low-to-moderate hiring volume throughout the year
- Coordinate onboarding programs, including new hire orientations and 30/60/90-day check-ins
- Serve as a liaison with international offices and support cross-functional HR projects
- Oversee internal communications efforts, including intranet content and employee spotlights
- Maintain employee data within the HRIS system and support benefits and payroll reporting
- Act as backup support for payroll processing and time & attendance tracking
- Assist with employee events, training programs, and internal development initiatives
- Provide general HR operational support and handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (generalist background preferred)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Paycor strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements, including PHI
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certifications are a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative HR team
