Job Summary

White Pearl Medical Spa is seeking a passionate, experienced, and client-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing luxury medical spa team in the Chicago suburbs of Des Plaines. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient experiences in a modern med spa environment.

The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner will perform advanced cosmetic and wellness treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic services while creating customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical expertise with an artistic eye, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care and natural-looking results.

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority who is excited to help build and grow alongside the future vision of White Pearl Medical Spa.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser treatments, IV therapy, and other non-surgical cosmetic services safely and effectively
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations, skin assessments, and medical evaluations to determine treatment eligibility and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment recommendations, expected results, aftercare instructions, and long-term skincare maintenance
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional bedside manner, communication, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and med spa protocols
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and procedures follow proper sanitation and infection control standards
• Collaborate with the medical spa team to support client retention, memberships, promotions, and overall patient satisfaction
• Stay current with the latest aesthetic trends, technologies, and techniques through continued education and training
• Assist with social media content, client education, branding initiatives, and med spa events when needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner license with Full Practice Authority preferred
• Previous experience in aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa services required
• Skilled in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, microneedling, and aesthetic laser treatments
• IV therapy and wellness experience preferred
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin health, and cosmetic treatment planning
• Excellent communication, consultation, and patient relationship-building skills
• Experience with EMR systems and medical charting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented med spa environment
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
• Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel confident and look their best
