Salary: $18-$22 per hour

What Youll Do:
- Draft, prepare, and file complaints, motions, judgments, and other pleadings.
- Review and redact sensitive information (NPPI).
- Keep case files and client/internal systems (ICE, Tempo, etc.) accurate and up to date.
- Track deadlines, schedule hearings/mediations, and monitor team workflows.
- Communicate confidently with clients, courts, Co-Counsel, and attorneys.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, standard operating procedures, client directives, and legal regulations.
- Support attorneys with administrative and litigation tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What Were Looking For:
- 24 years as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (foreclosure/real estate litigation preferred).
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Perfect Practice, Tempo, ICE, or similar platforms a plus.
- Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Physical Requirements:
