Head of Membership Sales and Engagement
- Deploy sales and marketing strategy for membership pre-sales/sales of new club concept
- Responsible for club programming, including construct, plan, and activate all community events in partnership with the corporate leadership team
- Initiate and drive the sales and pre-sale strategy while recruiting founding members and general members to meet or exceed established goals
- Establish, drive, and sustain member experience and engagement
- Direct all aspects of the membership office
- Interact with the network of professionals in the Wellness Community
- 3+ years successful experience in sales or related field; preferably in luxury products with high touch clientele
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or Business
- Documented successful sales and operations experience, Pre-Sales experience a plus
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization
- Immersion and deep knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth culture working in luxury product sales
- Spa/Fitness certification or CSLP (Certified Sales Leadership Professional), CPSP (Certified Professional Sales Person), a plus
