Payroll and Benefits Manager
Our client, a dynamic and growing manufacturing company, is looking for their next Payroll and Benefits Manager that takes pride in delivering high-quality products to customers. As a Payroll and Benefits Manager for our client, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll and employee benefits administration.
Payroll and Benefits Manager Responsibilities:- Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for all employees
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal payroll tax regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks
- Collaborate with insurance providers and brokers to optimize benefit offerings
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and benefits records
- Generate reports for management and regulatory purposes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations and other relevant policies
- Implement and enforce company policies related to payroll and benefits
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll and benefits matters
- Conduct workshops or training sessions to educate employees on available benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Payroll and Benefits Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations and benefits administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
