Typical Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads and prospects through regular communication
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs effectively
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Conduct presentations to potential clients
- Manage accounts by providing exceptional account management services
- Assist in executing marketing plan
Required Skills:
- Ability to stay organized and follow through to completion, with a high level of accuracy
- A willingness and ability to learn new applications and skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Also, the ideal candidate will not settle for the status quo. After learning how we operate, this person should challenge us to find new and effective ways of serving our clients and team, and be willing to help implement those ideas.
Preferred Experience:
- 2-5+ years of experience of Outside Sales
- Experience with CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for tracking of client communications
Pay:
Salary - $50,000.00 Annual Base Salary
