Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the perfect Harley Davidson motorcycle that fits their needs and preferences. Compensation: Earn a base salary plus commission, with a total earning potential of $85,000–$95,000. High-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to exceed six figures based on sales performance. Duties for Success Include:

• Having exceptional customer service from the time a customer enters to when they leave
• A strong background in sales
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Create new and used sales quotas to exceed regularly
• Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
• Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
• Keeping the CRM System updated
• Maintaining a clean, appealing showroom floor
• Sell and have a genuine passion for the Harley-Davidson brand
• Previous experience in the automotive or powersports industry (preferred but not required)
