Project Manager

Touchpoint 360, a growing National Merchandising Services Company, is seeking an entry level Project Manager to join our team, working at our Mount Prospect, IL location. This position is perfect for an energetic self-starter.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, be proficient in working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint and have exceptional organization and communication skills. The ability to multi-task and operate in a team environment are essential. Prior retail and/or project management experience is a plus. The ability to travel up to 10% of the time is a necessity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive coordination and administrative assistance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Organizing project-related travel in collaboration with the Project Manager and Travel Manager.
• Reviewing and approving project payroll.
• Maintaining and updating project schedules.
• Managing project data and photo documentation.

This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as it involves regular interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including the Director of Operations, National Business Manager, clients, corporate offices, store personnel, the Marketing Department, Project Managers, Regional Managers, District and Senior Team Leads, Freight Carriers, Merchandisers, and Factory Customer Service representatives.
