Duties: Develop, maintain, and enhance mathematical models,
strategies, and trading system components for quantitative proprietary trading in collaboration with developers (10%). Independently design and implement changes to trading models, strategies, and systems from end-to-end, including conceiving of proposed changes, creating a testing plan, and performing tests, and implementing changes (15%). Analyze, interpret, and model financial, economic, and industry data to optimize trading and maximize revenue generation using existing internal tools (15%). Create custom analysis tools for use at the firm to perform research beyond available analysis tools (5%). Prepare and present high-quality financial analysis and reports following IMC global guidelines (15%). Perform daily operational tasks on the trading desk, ensuring systems are running correctly and escalating as needed to designated contacts (15%). Supervise and mentor graduate traders and interns (10%). Train graduate traders through the firm\'s traineeship (5%). Contributing to planning and prioritization decisions of future projects on their trading desk (5%). Monitoring and managing a trading firm\'s risk exposure (5%).
