Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced, energetic Customer Service Representative to assist customers placing orders for bar and restaurant supplies. We would like someone outgoing and engaging while keeping a focus on the customer. Must be able to stay organized while multitasking in a fast moving environment and must be flexible with late hours.

Hours would be M-Th 10am-close, Fri 9am-330p

Customer Service Representative job responsibilities:

- Answer questions about Schultz's products and services.

- Processing orders, credits and transactions

- Resolving issues and troubleshooting problems

- Inform customers about new products and services

- Assisting customers on the phone and for walk-ins

- Handling customer complaints

- Assisting sales reps with quotes if needed

- Assist with customer delivery planning (runs)

- Be the liaison with Sales team and customers

- Identify backorder situations and work with the warehouse to resolve or substitute

- Communicate inventory shortfalls and overages with the Purchasing department

- Potential to open or close the business, and various shifts needed within this department

- Answering phones and help customers and sales reps as needed or direct them to correct person

- Order and data entry

- Process ship confirms

- Maintain website with product pictures and descriptions

- Other responsibilities as assigned

- Proficiency in Word and Excel

- Team oriented

- Strong organizational skills within a fast-paced environment

- Driven to produce best outcomes for customers and company

- Miscellaneous projects and other tasks as seem fit by management

- Looking for a long-term position to grow with us

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
