Recovery Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring a Recovery Specialist to support one of our clients in the financial services industry. Recovery Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, developing customized recovery strategies to achieve resolution

• Conduct in-depth reviews of client histories to identify trends, assess risk, and determine next steps

• Engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans and settlements while maintaining professionalism and compliance

• Handle escalated or complex customer interactions requiring advanced communication and problem-solving skills

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure account accuracy and alignment with company recovery goals

• Prepare detailed documentation and reporting on account activity, recovery progress, and performance metrics

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Recovery Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in collections, recovery, or account management—preferably with a focus on high-balance or complex portfolios

• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations

• Proven ability to meet and exceed recovery goals in a performance-driven environment

• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recovery or CRM systems

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential financial information
