Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading key client relationships and providing project management support from the project kick-off to completion. Not only will a Senior Account Manager be tasked with achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget, but they will also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the client’s organization and business needs in order to be seen as a trusted advisor. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll bring proven experience growing books of business, and you’ll consistently identify opportunities to continuously grow the client’s relationship with Kaleidoscope.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Collaborates with creative team to brainstorm ideas that meet clients needs.
· Builds strong relationships with clients and researches their products and services as needed to understand and effectively promote their products and services.
· Proactively seeks opportunities to grow the existing business and add value to new business opportunities.
· Proposes brand strategy and design ideas to clients, presenting multiple options to discuss and develop further.
· Implements projects according to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, channels, and other parameters.
· Concurrently manages multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas.
· Develops, implements, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficacy of the strategy and design.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other similar software; knowledge of Asana and other project management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· AI experience preferred: familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot is a plus. You’ll be encouraged to explore how AI can enhance client engagement, streamline project workflows, and uncover strategic growth opportunities. Candidates should be open-minded and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and evolve alongside emerging technologies.
Education and Experience:
· BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communication, or equivalent.
· 5 - 10 years in an account services/management role specifically in a Branding Agency, Design Consultancy, or at an Advertising Agency.
· 3+ years specifically within brand packaging and/or identity design experience with a major CPG brand.
· Experience as a mentor and/or desire to manage/mentor junior members of a team.
· Proven success managing, servicing, and growing a book of $2MM+ business.
Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 USD
