Pay: $20 – $22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (flexibility required)

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Bilingual Administrative Payroll Assistant (English/Spanish) **to support our **Romeoville branch. **This position plays a key role in payroll processing, office operations, and providing a strong first impression to candidates and associates.
Bilingual Administrative Payroll Assistant (English/Spanish) Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review weekly payroll for associates
- Audit recruiter entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Answer phones and assist with general office inquiries
- Greet candidates and assist with check-ins and onboarding support
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed
- Support team with administrative tasks and daily office operations
Bilingual Administrative Payroll Assistant (English/Spanish) Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Previous payroll, administrative, or staffing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible with schedule (able to start early and stay later when needed)
