What You’ll Recruit For
- From fresh graduates to seasoned leaders, you’ll hire top-tier talent across:
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Nuclear Engineering & Reactor Specialists
- Entry-Level (Campus Talent) to Managerial Positions
- With an active workload of ~30 requisitions at any time, this role thrives in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
Your Mission
As a Campus Recruiter , you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Talent Discovery: Source and attract diverse, high-caliber candidates through internal and external channels
- Talent Assessment: Conduct interviews to evaluate technical expertise, competencies, and cultural alignment
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and deliver top talent
- Candidate Experience Champion: Guide candidates through the full journey from first interaction to offer acceptance
- Insight-Driven Hiring: Deliver thoughtful recommendations and hiring decisions backed by data and interactions
You’ll also manage the full recruitment process:
- Resume screening & ATS management
- Interview coordination & scheduling
- Technical assessments & feedback consolidation
- Offer negotiation and onboarding handover
Who You Are
- A seasoned recruiter with 5–7+ years of full-cycle, high-volume hiring experience
- Background in engineering recruitment is a strong advantage
- Experience in regulated industries (Energy, Utilities, Nuclear) or cleared hiring is a plus but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5 years with a degree | 9 years without)
- Expert in ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $33.00 - $36 per hour
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
