We are looking for a professional experienced painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior painting jobs in a residential setting. This is a full time seasonal position. Flexible weekends are required due to the seasonal nature of our business. You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter whos looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities:
- Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
- Interact professionally with customers, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed
- Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
- Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
- Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
- Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair
- Valid drivers license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
