Are you a licensed Massage therapist looking for a new full tiime (40 hours) opportunity to manage and mentor others, while working in a cool vibe in an ntegrative holistic wellness ecosystems- this means we take thoughtful care of our clients!!

• We are a legendary multimodal wellness ecosystem with Drainage Massage (LDM) as a cornerstone offering, supporting sculpting, recovery and over-all welllness within our science-backed, preventative services model. We also offer complementary services of IV drip, infrared sauna with healthy foods and healthy retail purchases

What We Are Looking For

• A licensed massage therapist with proven leadership abilities, who is passionate about their craft and loves to evolve and continue to learn. Should be certified in MLD

Job Description

• Hire, train, onboard, and mentor LMTs on all massage protocols
• Ensure consistency and quality across all service offerings (SOPs)
• Maintain treatment room standards, ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and client ready
• Inspire by example
• Conduct routine room audits
• Monitor inventory and submit weekly Supply Request Forms
• Partner with management on scheduling and capacity planning to optimize service flow
• Serve as the primary on-shift leader and support system for all LMTs
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and hands-on technique development
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance team culture
• Act as liaison between therapists and Store Manager, escalating issues as needed
• Help ensure a curated Client Experience
