Primary Missions and Contributions

- Setting, programming, and managing operations on advanced Mori Seiki CNC Lathes.
- Deciphering technical drawings and interaction requirements with dynamic precision.
- Fine-tuning equipment to ensure consistent high-tier quality and throughput.
- Proactive machine maintenance and efficient troubleshooting tasks.
- Utilizing measuring technology to conduct robust quality inspection protocols.
- Detailed tracking and documentation of production outputs.
- Collaborative innovation with engineers to streamline process efficiencies.
Your Expertise Profile:
- Seasoned in CNC Machining with a focus on Mori Seiki operations.
- Skilled in interpreting complex technical documentation and GD&T conventions.
- Experienced in G-code scripting and CAD/CAM systems desirable.
- High mechanical intelligence and problem-diagnosis capabilities.
- Effective both in individual initiatives and collaborative environments.
- High school diploma mandatory; certification training in relevant fields preferred.
