Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 / Hourly

Job Description:

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process 3-way matching invoices - SAP (MRBR) Celonis platform Daily interaction and communication with internal procurement personnel to resolve payment and material discrepancies
• Provide backup support to team players when busy and/or absent
• Stop payment request process
• Vendor statement processing
• Next Process workbench processing - MANUAL MATCH, UOM
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
• Manual entry into SAP - daily batching of all SAP posts

WORKBENCH DESCRIPTIONS

MANUAL MATCH

Manual match captures procurement invoices that Next Process was unable to accurately match with the PO data. Processors create/complete the missing invoice data in NP and match to the PO. Non-material (stock) invoices such as invoices from processors need to be calculated. Invoices for purchase orders that contain multiple lines will fall into this workbench. This workbench has the most volume. 

UNIT OF MEASURE

Invoices captured in UOM are defined as invoices that do not match or cannot be reconciled to the unit of measure on the PO.  Unit of measure invoices are handled via the same processes as Manual Match with the AP processor creating/completing the invoice posting.

REQUIREMENTS

• HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in a general office; accounting experience is a bonus
• SAP experience preferred
• Outstanding computer skills with the ability to apply knowledge of MS Office (Word and Outlook)
• Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job duties and maintaining confidential information
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
