Senior Project Manager - Civil

About the Role: NCW is seeking an experienced Civil Senior Project Manager to oversee a variety of heavy civil projects in the East Moline area. This role is primarily office-based with minimal travel required. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager, and play a key role in managing projects related to earthwork, dredging, water supply, ecosystem restoration, and underground utilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project goals. Utilize RS Means and other estimating tools for accurate project cost forecasting. Ensure compliance with USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) requirements and project standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Civil Engineering preferred). P.E. License strongly preferred, but not required. Demonstrated experience in dirt work, dredging, water supply, ecosystem restoration, or underground utilities. Experience with RS Means estimating and familiarity with USACE/Corps of Engineers projects is highly valued. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $105,000 - $175,000 (based on experience). Bonus: 10-15% of base salary Insurance: Comprehensive plan + $350/month company credit toward out-of-pocket costs. 401(k): Company match up to 3%. PTO: 2-3 weeks (based on experience and role).
