What You’ll Do

• Learn and sell IT staffing, consulting, and technology services

• Engage with clients to understand hiring and technology needs

• Support business development for IT staffing & project-based roles

• Build and manage client relationships across industries

• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams

• Assist in lead generation, outreach, and market research

• Grow into roles such as Account Manager, IT Sales Consultant, or Business Development Manager

Who We’re Looking For (IMPORTANT)

We are specifically targeting :

✔ Candidates with IT Staffing / IT Recruitment / Workforce Solutions exposure
✔ OR fresh graduates who want to build a career in IT sales & staffing

Ideal Backgrounds Include:

• IT Staffing / US or Canada recruitment experience

• Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or IT education

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in technology & staffing sales
