We are seeking an On-site Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! In addition to the hourly wage and benefits, this position offers a lucrative commission structure and on-going bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting and following up with all leads
• Scheduling appointments
• Touring and leasing apartments
• Completing applications and files
• Walking vacant units and amenity spaces
• Preparing the apartment for move-in
• Posting on social media
• Assisting with resident requests and resident relations
• Helping host resident events
• Assisting with pricing recommendations and competitor research
• Completing local networking and outreach

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, property management, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Integrity
• Must obtain leasing or broker license within 30 days of employment
• Required to work weekends
